My retainer fee to prepare a simple will is $500.00.  Everyone should have a will to make sure that after their death their property is distributed as they so desire.  Some of the worst contested cases I have come accross as an attorney relate to probate cases where there is no will or a person has prepared a will that is not enforceable.
